Catalyst Consulting is the result of science and human transformation. With a PhD in Immunology and a Masters in Public Health, I spent years immersed in complex systems, learning how small changes in the right place create powerful ripple effects. Now, I bring that expertise to organizations, helping leaders build cultures that are resilient, inclusive, and aligned with purpose.
