What makes our work so potent?

Catalyst Consulting was born at the intersection of science and human transformation. With a PhD in Immunology and a Masters in Public Health, I spent years immersed in complex systems, learning how small changes in the right place can create powerful ripple effects. Now, I bring that expertise to organizations—helping leaders build cultures that are resilient, inclusive, and aligned with purpose.
