You may have noticed we use mosaics in our website images. Each tile in a mosaic is different—varying in color, size, and shape—but together, they form a cohesive image. This represents the people and parts of an organization: the unique and interconnected strengths of each person, different roles, backgrounds, perspectives, and processes that, when aligned, create a unified culture and shared vision.
Mosaics remind us that no single piece is perfect on its own; it’s the combination of diverse shapes, colors, and textures that creates impact. This mirrors how teams operate: it’s the differences, perspectives, and experiences of each person that, when intentionally connected, create lasting value. Organizations thrive when every individual’s contributions are recognized and aligned.
Using the mosaic lens helps organizations focus on both individuality and alignment. It reinforces that our work isn’t just about structures or processes—it’s about people, their development, and the ways they contribute to the bigger picture.
At Catalyst, each piece—each employee—matters, and the absence of any one diminishes the whole. Mosaics guide how we design learning, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.
