Continuing with our discussion of the 5 core beliefs behind our work at Catalyst, we'll discuss belief #4 and how we can address it in the structures of an organization.

4 |  Attaining a healthy work culture is not as hard or daunting as it seems, and it’s something everyone in the organization wants and benefits from.

I’m sure you’ve made small changes in your life. Maybe it was adding in another handful of leafy greens every week, or reading a few pages of a new book every day. We know from investing money that small contributions lead to compounded returns. Small changes to our habits and behaviors foster a sense of accomplishment and self-efficacy and set the foundation for sustainable changes that lead to big outcomes over time. And who wins? You, definitely. Friends, family, partners, coworkers, your supervisor, etc. Why? Because you’re showing up for yourself, more satisfied, and happier. You're activating your brain's reward system with hormones like dopamine and serotonin, and in turn, reducing stress and boosting your mood. You're more resilient, less easily frustrated. All good things.

Now imagine your entire team undergoing the same positive experience with change...

Exactly. Sign us up.

So if you know something needs to change but you’re not sure where to start, don't worry. We offer a Diagnostics & Alignment package, which includes an organizational health assessment — getting clear on your organization’s vision, approach, and strategy for implementation.  You’ll walk away with a roadmap to design a high performing culture. Bonus: this package can also be applied to your personal life and goals. Just ask me how.
