Welcome! I'm Tara Giambrone, the founder of Catalyst Consulting. To complement the workplace consulting side of Catalyst, I created Catalyst's Private Experiences to help people find the clarity, alignment, and momentum they’ve been craving in their personal lives. I'm so glad you're here. ​

 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how people change, heal, and grow. That curiosity led me to study science first, earning degrees in immunology and public health, and later to spend years inside large organizations, helping leaders and teams navigate transformation.

 

Along the way, I realized transformation isn’t only about systems and strategy, It’s also deeply personal, embodied, and soulful. Over the past two decades I’ve immersed myself in an extraordinary range of modalities to support whole-person change, including:
